Every order is cheaper.
Ten small discounts disappear into the receipt. The promotion is familiar, but easy to forget.
For Shopify merchants
Replace a forgettable discount with a transparent chance to get the whole order back.
You choose the campaign odds and budget. Customers shop as usual. One eligible order is selected for a merchant-funded refund.
Turn discounts into momentum
Ten small discounts disappear into the receipt. The promotion is familiar, but easy to forget.
Most orders stay full price. One eligible shopper gets a refund worth talking about.
Illustrative example: 10% off ten €100 orders and one €100 refund both imply a €100 expected promotion cost. Actual economics depend on order values, eligibility, campaign settings, and refund rules.
How it works
A simple promotion mechanic designed to fit the shopping journey customers already know.
Choose the products, odds, maximum refund, dates, and total budget you want to offer.
The campaign and its rules are shown clearly. The rest of the checkout stays familiar.
A selected eligible order receives the configured refund, with a clear confirmation for the customer.
Merchant control
Shape the campaign around your promotion plan. The controls define the boundaries, never the individual winner.
Why customers notice
A whole-order refund feels different from another small percentage off.
Odds and eligibility belong in plain sight, so shoppers know what is being offered.
One eligible order gets refunded. That is the campaign customers can repeat.
Good questions
Paybe is being shaped with pilot merchants. These answers describe the intended experience, not a promise of final product scope.
Yes. The intended flow is for eligible orders to be placed and paid as usual. If an order is selected, the merchant’s configured refund is then issued.
Every campaign should show its exact odds and eligibility rules before purchase. The “1 in 10” example on this page is illustrative.
Paybe is being designed around a total campaign budget and a maximum refund. How those controls are enforced will be validated during the pilot.
No. “Free” describes the happy outcome. The customer pays normally first, then receives the configured refund if the eligible order is selected.
Paybe never implies that spending more guarantees a win. Each campaign must explain how eligibility and odds apply to each order.
